- (3 - 4 pounds) Grassfed Cross Cut Shanks with Beef
- (1/3 cup or so) Your favorite BBQ sauce
Put crosscut shanks in a covered dish with water at the bottom.
Coat with your favorite BBQ sauce and cover the pan
Cook in the oven at 300 for 3 hours
