Bolognese Gravy with Crosscut Shanks
Bolognese sauce is often called gravy and is a standalone meal made with larger cuts of meat like crosscut shanks. My easy recipe will delight you and your family. No need to slave over a stove to create bolognese gravy. Just open a jar of Valicenti Red Gravy and pour. Add pasta and you're in for a real authentic Italian meal.
