Purchasing by the side is the best value.

Price is $4.99 per pound hanging weight and the average weight is about 200 pounds for a whole pig.

The price for 1/2 pig does include processing and packaging.

This does not include smoking charges for bacon and ham which is $3.59/pound for bacon and $2.95 for ham. There is typically a 3-4 week wait for smoked products.

These animals have been humanely raised and processed. You'll taste the difference!
