Beef Stew

Beef stew made with Scottish Highland meat is delicious and easy to cook.
No need to thaw the meat if you use a pressure cooker or Instant Pot.
My secret ingredient is brewed decaf coffee. Instead of water, add a cup of coffee to two pounds of Scottish Highlander stew beef for a rich, delicious flavor your family will love.
