Cut all-beef Miles Smith Farm Kielbasa into slices then quarter the slices.
Put a dash of oil in a fry pan
Cook the Kiebasa for about 5 minutes, until brown
While the Kielbasa is cooking, stir the eggs (2 per person) with a fork in a bowl and add a touch of water
Remove the Kielbasa from the pan
Pour the egg mix in the pan and constantly turn the eggs until they are cooked
Put the scrambled eggs, and Kielbasa on a plate, add buttered toast and serve!
