A classic made easy and fun. A great dish to prepare and take on a picnic.

Miles Smith Farm Grass Fed Kielbasa
Cheese, chunked
Cucumbers, Sliced thickly
Strawberries, whole
Hard boiled eggs
Wooden screwers

Boil your eggs and cool in cold water. Slice the kielbasa about half inch thick. Set aside.  Slice the cheese into 1 inch chunks. Set aside. Peel the cucumbers, unless they are from your garden, and slice about half in thick, so you have round disks. Set aside. Wash and trim off tops of fresh strawberries. Set aside.   Peel Eggs and slice across in half, so the cut side is round, not oval.

Assemble the Kabobs by adding a piece of kielbasa, then selecting two things to add to skewer and then a piece of kielbasa. Add two more things, then kielbasa and then two more things.  Make sure to add a variety so that all items are on the skewer. The colors will look nice and enticing and be delicious as well!

Serve on a picnic or other time when cooking just isn't possible.
