Create a great winter slaw with dreams of summer to come.
1 Cabbage, sliced very thin
2 carrots, grated
2 apples, peeled, cored and grated
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave
5 tablespoons mayonaise
5 tablespoons of yogurt or sour cream
Dill, parsley or cilantro - about 1 tablespoon of your choice
Mix all ingredients well. Serve
